Callbacks for Retrievals and Chargebacks

SafeCharge has implemented a system for prevention of chargebacks. Integrated into the merchant's own admin back-office, he receives notice of any retrieval.  This is the critical stage where an end-user simply inquires about the sale, after which the bank immediately notifys SafeCharge. Once we are notified, we alert the merchant by posting the retrieval in the back-office, and the merchant has enough time to settle the issue with the end-user before he makes an official chargeback.
