This Privacy Policy is intended for those accessing or using the “SD” and “Safecharge Digital”, products, services and websites (e.g. ) including all displayed information and material (together “SD”) owned and operated by Safecharge Digitial Limited and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“we” or “us”) and describes and explains how we treat information that is received and/or collected, when received or collected, through the access or use of SD. We take the protection of private data seriously. Special attention is paid to privacy in the processing of personal data and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Information we retain

We respect your right to privacy. In association with the access to our webpages, certain data (for example IP-address, date, time, internet browser details and viewed pages) is saved on our server. The statistic evaluation of anonymous data sets remains reserved.

We will not use the contact details you provide us for marketing messages without your prior consent.


SD are offered and provided for business only. For the avoidance of doubt, persons under 18 years of age should not transfer personal data to us without the agreement of the parents or legal guardians. We do not request personal data from children, do not collect it and do not forward it to third parties.

Internet-Based Transfers 

Given that the Internet is a global environment, using the Internet to collect and process personal data necessarily involves the transmission of data on an international basis. Therefore by using SD, browsing the website and communicating electronically with us, you acknowledge and agree to our processing of personal data this way.
