Information we retain
We respect your right to privacy. Unless specifically indicated, you can access our websites without disclosing your identity and you do not have to provide us with any personal information (i.e. information that can be used to gain knowledge of the identity such as your real full name, address and telephone number).
In association with the access to our webpages, certain data (for example IP-address, date, time, internet browser details and viewed pages) is saved on our server. The statistic evaluation of anonymous data sets remains reserved.
We may offer you the opportunity to subscribe to receive certain updates, marketing materials etc. You may choose to ‘unsubscribe’ at any time.

SD are offered and provided for business only. For the avoidance of doubt, persons under 18 years of age should not transfer personal data to us without the agreement of the parents or legal guardians. We do not request personal data from children, do not collect it and do not forward it to third parties.
Given that the Internet is a global environment, using the Internet to collect and process personal data necessarily involves the transmission of data on an international basis. Therefore by using SD, browsing the website and communicating electronically with us, you acknowledge and agree to our processing of personal data this way.

SD may contain third party offers, products and services and links to other websites. By choosing these, you will be leaving SD and receiving/using products and services from third parties or transferred to online processors or merchants or other third party sites, all of which are not under our control and are not monitored or reviewed by us.

You are knowingly and voluntarily assuming all risks of using third party products, services and sites and that we shall have no liability whatsoever with respect to such third party sites, products and services and your usage of them.
Where applicable, we may enable posts on our webpages. The posts on our webpages are accessible to everyone. Posts should be checked diligently prior to publication as to whether they contain statements that are not intended for the general public. The posts are possibly found by search engines and are accessible worldwide also without a purposeful visit to this website.
Right to rescission; questions and comments
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to unsubscribe from our mailing lists, correct or change the information we have on file and for complete deletion of the account. Posts in forums, comments, state announcements, license details and financial information with respect to items and services you have purchased, and articles, however, may be maintained.
We have security measures in place to prevent unauthorized access to and protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Although we take reasonable steps to safeguard information, we cannot be responsible for the acts of those who gain unauthorized access, and we make no warranty, express, implied or otherwise, that we will prevent such access. We point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) may have security gaps. Complete protection of data against unauthorized access by third parties is not possible.
